NUBES Privacy Policy

1. Data controller and contact

The controller of personal data collected through this website is NUBES, the operator of nubes.global. The privacy contact is Petro Pavlyshyn.

This policy applies to the public pages of nubes.global, its contact forms, and related business correspondence.

2. Data we receive

• Contact form data: name, email, company and role, task description, consent checkbox, and information you voluntarily include in the message.
• Business correspondence: message content, attachments, contact details, and communication history.
• Technical data: IP address, URL, request date and time, browser and device type, user agent, referrer, response codes, technical logs, and security signals.
• Consent preference: your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser.
• Analytics data: after consent, page views, interaction events, and approximate technical or geographic characteristics provided by Google Analytics.

We do not ask you to submit special-category personal data, passwords, access keys, trade secrets, restricted information, or sensitive military data through this website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• reviewing and answering a request, clarifying requirements, and preparing next steps — consent and steps taken before a possible contract;
• organising business communication and preserving an accurate history of agreements — contract performance or a legitimate interest in managing the relationship;
• protecting the site, preventing abuse, diagnosing errors, and maintaining availability — a legitimate interest in secure service operation;
• measuring website use with Google Analytics — only with your consent to analytics storage;
• meeting legal obligations and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.

Primary reference points are the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where applicable, the GDPR.

4. Contact forms and correspondence

The forms are used only for an initial enquiry. Data is sent to the NUBES working address and may be processed by email infrastructure and technical form logs. We do not sell this data or use it for unrelated advertising mailings.

Secure channel: do not submit passwords, private keys, restricted technical specifications, or other information that requires a separate protected channel.

5. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The site uses Google Site Kit and Google Analytics. By default, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are set to denied. Analytics cookies and storage are enabled only after you select “Allow analytics”. Advertising consent remains denied.

Before your choice, Google may receive limited cookieless technical signals through advanced Consent Mode, such as request time, user agent, referrer, and consent state. After consent, Google Analytics may process additional identifiers and interaction data under its service settings.

Your choice is stored in browser local storage. You can change it through “Cookie settings” in the footer; clearing browser data also resets it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing but stops future analytics storage on that device.

6. Data recipients and transfers

Access is limited to people and providers that need the data for the stated purposes. These may include:

• Hosting Ukraine LLC — hosting, domain, server, and mail logs;
• providers of working email infrastructure;
• Google LLC and related providers — for analytics according to your choice and Consent Mode operation;
• technical contractors with necessary access and confidentiality obligations;
• competent authorities where disclosure is expressly required by law.

Some providers, including Google, may process data outside Ukraine or the EEA. Where this occurs, transfers rely on applicable legal mechanisms and provider safeguards. NUBES does not sell personal data.

7. Retention

Data is kept no longer than needed for its purpose. Enquiries and related correspondence are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive communication unless cooperation continues or a longer period is required by law or for legal claims.

Technical logs follow provider operating periods and security needs. Google Analytics data follows the relevant property settings and Google policy. Backup copies may be removed later under the applicable rotation cycle.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request:

• information about the source, purpose, location, and method of processing;
• access, correction, updating, deletion, or restriction of your data;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
• withdrawal of consent and, where applicable, data portability;
• the ability to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or another competent supervisory authority.

To protect personal data, we may ask you to verify your identity and clarify the request. We respond within the period required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, restricted administrative and file access, controlled updates, backups, logging, and technical protections against abuse. No transmission or storage method is absolutely secure, so we limit data to what is necessary.

This site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s data through dedicated features.

10. Policy changes

We may update this policy when processes, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version is always published here with its update date.
